Working systematically and intuitively within a framework of assessment and rehabilitation procedures, I provide specific Deep Remedial massage (inc Neuro-muscular Technique, acupressure, PNF stretching) to identify pain, tension or restriction of movement. This means using massage techniques to effect change and "remedy" a problem, doing more than just relieving the pain. I address these problems to help you reach your potential.

InterX Electro-therapy: (a Non-Invasive Neurostimulation Device) I am also trained in the use of the InterX Non-Invasive Neurostimulation (NIN) device to support my work. This helps me address many Acute and Chronic conditions through the skin and nervous system to speed recovery.
